Boys and girls in 2^nd through 4^th grades

are eligible to try out for this team.

All those students trying out need to bring all three forms; medical, liability consent and permission slip to the tryouts. Primary baseball tryouts will take place on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 3:00-5:00 P.M.

DO NOT send these forms in prior to the tryout.

If your child has already tried out for another sport this year, he/she need only bring the permission form to the tryout.

Student must also bring a mitt to tryout!
