Dear Jaguar Families,

As another wonderful week comes to a close, Jaguar Nation was filled with celebration, leadership, school spirit, and moments that reminded us how blessed we are to share this journey as a school family.

This week, we celebrated our incredible Safety Patrol students with a special ice cream party in recognition of their hard work, responsibility, and dedication throughout the school year. Every morning, these students have faithfully served our school community by helping maintain safety on campus. Their leadership, kindness, and willingness to help others have made a tremendous impact on our school environment. We are so proud of the example they set for their peers and grateful for the commitment they have shown all year long.

The Class of 2026 enjoyed their final field trip of the school year, creating one more special memory together before promotional festivities begin. This outing was not only a time of fun and laughter, but also an opportunity for students to reflect on the friendships, experiences, and growth they have shared throughout their years at our school. As they prepare for the next chapter of their educational journey, it is beautiful to witness the strong bonds they have formed and the lasting memories they continue to create together.

Congratulations to our 5th-grade students on their D.A.R.E. Graduation! Throughout the program, students learned valuable lessons about making safe and responsible choices, building confidence, resisting peer pressure, and demonstrating good citizenship. We are proud of the maturity and thoughtfulness they displayed during the program and commend them for embracing the important messages shared through D.A.R.E. We thank our D.A.R.E. officer for investing in our students and helping guide them toward positive decision-making.

Excitement also filled the halls this week as students participated in Student Council voting for next school year’s board. This process allowed students to experience leadership, responsibility, and the importance of using their voices in a meaningful way. We are proud of all the students who stepped forward with courage to run for leadership positions and grateful for the enthusiasm shown by our student body throughout the election process. We look forward to seeing our future student leaders continue to serve our school community with integrity and school spirit.

This week, we also gathered together for our Athletic Awards Ceremony, where we celebrated the hard work, dedication, perseverance, and accomplishments of our student-athletes throughout the school year. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognize the countless hours of practice, teamwork, discipline, and school pride displayed both on and off the field and court. We congratulate all of our athletes for their commitment, sportsmanship, and determination this season. A very special thank you goes to our coaches, whose leadership, encouragement, and tireless dedication have helped our students grow not only as athletes but also as young men and women of character and faith. Their impact reaches far beyond athletics, and we are truly grateful for the time, passion, and heart they pour into our programs each year.

One of the highlights of the week was our much-anticipated Yearbook Reveal Party! Students eagerly gathered to flip through the pages filled with unforgettable memories from this school year. This year’s theme, “Grounded in Faith,” beautifully captures the spirit of our school community, a community rooted in love, faith, friendship, and family. From classroom moments and school events to athletic achievements and faith-filled celebrations, the yearbook serves as a reminder of the many blessings and memories that have shaped this school year. The excitement and joy on our students’ faces reminded us just how meaningful these shared experiences truly are.

We concluded the week by preparing for Memorial Day weekend with a patriotic Jeans Day celebration. Students and faculty proudly wore red, white, and blue as we honored and remembered the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. It was a meaningful way to reflect on the importance of gratitude, freedom, and service while coming together as a school community in a patriotic spirit.

As we continue moving toward the end of the school year, may we always remember the message behind this year’s theme:

“When we are grounded in faith, we grow with purpose, lead with love, and shine God’s light wherever we go.”

Wishing all of our families a blessed and restful Memorial Day weekend!

God is good...
