Dear Jaguar Families,
It has been another wonderful week here at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School! As we settle into the rhythm of a new school year, it is always special to see our Jaguar community coming together in faith, leadership, service, and school spirit. From prayer and Mass to student leadership and exciting activities, our school continues to be filled with learning, growth, and so many reasons to be grateful. We are blessed to share these moments with our students and families!
🌎 World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation
On Tuesday, we joined others around the world in celebrating the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation. At midday, our school community paused to pray and reflect on the beautiful gift of creation God has entrusted to us. This was a wonderful opportunity to remind our students that caring for our world and one another is an important part of living out our faith.
💃 Officially Jaguarettes! 💃
A very special moment for our newest Jaguarettes! Our new dance team proudly received their official Jaguarette sashes, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter filled with school spirit, teamwork, dedication, and lots of dancing!
Now officially part of the Jaguarettes, the girls are already busy practicing and preparing for their upcoming performance at our Heritage Celebration. We are so excited to watch them grow, shine, and represent Jaguar Nation with pride!
🐆 Congratulations, Student Council!
A very special congratulations to our Student Council Board and Representatives! We are proud of our students for stepping forward to serve and lead. We look forward to seeing their ideas, school spirit, and commitment to making Jaguar Nation an even stronger community.
🦁 The Lion King Jr.
The excitement is building as drama practices for The Lion King Jr. are well underway! Our students are working hard on their roles, songs, lines, and choreography. We are excited to see their confidence, creativity, and teamwork grow as they prepare to bring this wonderful production to life!
💰 Nifty Fifty — Let's Finish Strong!
Our Nifty Fifty Fundraiser ends September 8th, so let's make this final weekend count! Please continue sharing the fundraiser with family and friends. Every contribution makes a difference and helps support our students and school. Let's finish strong, Jaguar Nation!
