Wow! What a Busy Week!
What a busy and exciting week we have had at Jaguar Nation! There is always something happening on our campus, and this week was no exception.
Our 8th Grade Parent Zoom Meeting provided families with some friendly reminders and important information as they begin preparing for the high school application process. We know this is an exciting time for our 8th grade families, and we are happy to support them as they navigate this next chapter.
Our students are also continuing to prepare for the Academic Olympics, which will take place in just a few weeks. We are so proud of the dedication and hard work our students are putting into their preparation. We cannot wait to see them shine!
This week also marked the beginning of something new at OLOL: we are providing professional photographs for our sports teams, beginning with our fall season teams. We are excited to capture these special moments and celebrate our Jaguars both on and off the field!
Of course, we could not let the week pass without showing our Jaguar spirit with a special Jeans Day! It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying a more relaxed day while still proudly representing our Jaguar Nation.
We also had a beautiful opportunity to come together as a school community for Mass with Father Logiste as we celebrated Priesthood Day. It was a wonderful reminder of the gift of our priests and the important role they play in our faith community. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate and pray together.
Looking Ahead to Next Week
Next week, our Class of 2027 will have a wonderful day filled with learning, creativity, and fellowship!
Our boys will visit Belen Jesuit for a special STREAM activity, where they will have the opportunity to explore, create, and learn in a hands-on environment.
Meanwhile, our girls will stay right here in Jaguar Nation for an exciting day that includes an etiquette class along with some very creative arts and crafts activities. It promises to be a fun and memorable experience for everyone!
As another busy week comes to a close, we hope each of you takes some time this weekend to slow down, enjoy your families, and appreciate the little moments that make life so special.
